All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software descriptions — is owned by Prologue or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use website content without our written permission, except for viewing and printing pages for your own business use.
Program description. Prologue Technology provides one-to-one text message support to users of its software products. Messages are sent by Prologue support representatives and relate to your support requests, service and account updates, and operational questions about our products. Prologue does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent. By texting +1 (832) 699-7905, by providing your mobile number to a Prologue support representative and agreeing to be contacted by text, or by providing your mobile number during account setup or a service engagement and agreeing to text contact, you consent to receive text messages from Prologue at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your support activity.
Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (832) 699-7905. After you send STOP, we will send you a single SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text us at +1 (832) 699-7905 or contact a support representative, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
